Evergrowkids LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Only copyright owners or their authorized representatives are permitted to submit notices regarding any infringement.
Notices must be submitted in writing to the designated contact provided below.
A valid notice must encompass the following:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work;
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
3. Contact information for the notifier;
4. A good-faith statement concerning unauthorized use;
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury;
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
Individuals who believe their content has been wrongly removed can submit a counter-notice that includes their contact information, identification of the material, and a statement asserting their right to use the material. Upon receiving the counter-notice, we will review it and may restore the content if warranted.
Evergrowkids LLC reserves the right to disable or terminate the accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when appropriate.
