A solar repeller lives outdoors from the day it arrives, so the two things that matter in transit are the sensor window and the panel face. Every Nestoro Paradde order leaves Jaipur with both protected and the stake packed separately. This page sets out when it ships, how long it takes and what it costs.
Cut-off and dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are picked the same day. Dispatch takes 1 business day, Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
Every unit is switched on and tested before it is boxed — sensor trigger, speaker tone and the flashing head — then the panel gets a film cover and the ground stake travels in its own sleeve so it cannot scratch the housing.
How long delivery takes
Once collected, transit runs 2 to 8 business days. Metro destinations usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days; the rest of India runs 4 to 8 business days, and rural PIN codes served by the postal network sit at the longer end of that. Plan for 3 to 9 business days from order to doorstep.
What shipping costs
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. The amount is worked out on your cart total and shown at checkout before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.

- Orders below ₹999: a flat ₹49 per order, however many units are in the cart.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with Delhivery and India Post. The postal network reaches village and farm addresses that private couriers decline, which is why it is on the list — it is slower but it actually delivers. A tracking number is sent by email and SMS once the parcel is scanned in; it can take a few hours to become active on the carrier’s page.
Test it on camera, before you plant it
Film the unboxing before you cut the tape, then leave the unit in daylight for a few hours and test it before you drive the stake into the ground. A unit that has been staked, rained on and muddied cannot be returned as unused, so the order of operations matters.
Cash on Delivery and prepaid
Pay by UPI at checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery and pay the courier at the door. Some remote PIN codes are not enabled for Cash on Delivery; where that applies the option will not appear and you can still order prepaid.
Addresses, farms and re-attempts
Give a complete address with a landmark and a reachable phone number — farm and orchard addresses are the ones couriers most often cannot find. Carriers attempt delivery up to three times before returning a parcel. If one comes back undelivered, we will write to arrange a re-ship at the standard rate; where the fault was ours, we re-ship free.
Where we ship from and to
We ship within India only, from Jaipur. There is no international shipping and no counter to collect from — Nestoro Paradde trades online only. Our postal address is CC-103, 105, Link Road, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004, India.
