Nestoro Paradde collects what is needed to get a parcel to a farm gate or a garden and to sort out a fault afterwards, and nothing more. This notice is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).

What we collect

  • Order details — name, delivery address with landmark, PIN code, phone number and email address.
  • Fault evidence — the videos and photographs you send when a unit does not charge or trigger.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed.

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials, because no card payment is possible on this site. We also do not collect location data about your plot beyond the delivery address you type.

Why we use it

To pack and dispatch your order, to give a courier the delivery address, to send order and tracking updates, to assess fault reports and process returns, replacement requests and refunds, to keep statutory sales records, and to detect fraudulent orders. We do not sell data and send no marketing unless you asked for it.

Who we share it with

Only the parties an order needs: our courier and postal partners for delivery, the UPI payment gateway for prepaid settlement, and our website host. Each receives only the fields it needs. We disclose more only where Indian law or a court order requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies keep your cart and session working and let us measure aggregate traffic. Analytics is read in aggregate, not used to identify individuals. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will then forget what you added.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. Fault evidence is kept for one year after a claim closes. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Anything beyond that is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for erasure of data we no longer need, or withdraw a consent you gave. Requests are handled within a reasonable period and free of charge.

Children

This store is intended for buyers aged 18 and over and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and order data is reachable only by the people who pack and support orders. We deliberately do not hold card credentials, which is the one category of data that would make this store worth attacking.

Grievance Officer

As Indian law requires, a Grievance Officer handles privacy complaints and data requests. Write to orders@nestoroparadde.shop with “Grievance Officer” in the subject line, or call +91 9828072727 during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
