When tracking goes live
A tracking number is emailed and texted to you as soon as the carrier scans your parcel into the network. It can take a few hours to become active on the carrier’s own page after that — an unrecognised number on the first evening is normal.
How long the journey takes
Once collected, transit runs 2 to 8 business days, with metro destinations at the shorter end. Counting packing and transit together, allow 3 to 9 business days from the moment you order.
Parcels going to rural addresses
Where a private courier does not serve your PIN code the parcel moves to the postal network, and scans then appear less often — sometimes only at handover and at delivery. A quiet tracking page on a village address is normal and usually means the parcel is on a postal leg rather than lost.
If tracking has stalled
If nothing has moved for two working days past the estimate, send your order number to orders@nestoroparadde.shop and we will raise it with the carrier ourselves rather than ask you to.
