Because each unit is bench-tested before it is boxed, there is a short window in which stopping an order costs nobody anything. This page explains where that line falls for orders with Nestoro Paradde.
Cancelling before dispatch
Cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch, that is, before the parcel is handed to the courier. Since we dispatch within 1 business day, that window is short — so if you change your mind, tell us straight away.
Once it has gone out
After the courier has collected it, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse it at the door, or accept it and raise a return under our Refund and Returns Policy within the return window, provided the unit has not been staked outdoors.
Changing the model instead
If you only need a different detection angle or a larger panel, ask for a swap rather than a cancellation. While the order is on the bench we can usually change it and settle the difference.
When we cancel
Occasionally we cancel from our side — a unit fails the bench test, a batch is held back after a sensor fault turns up, a specification was published in error, or an order fails our fraud checks. We tell you why and refund 100%.
Cash on Delivery orders
Nothing is paid on a Cash on Delivery order until the courier hands it over, so cancelling before delivery costs you nothing at all.
Refund timing
For prepaid orders the money returns to the UPI handle or bank account it came from within 5 to 7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed, in line with the settlement timelines banks work to under Reserve Bank of India norms. We do not substitute store credit unless you ask for it.
No fees
There is no cancellation charge, no packing fee and no restocking deduction. The full amount comes back.

Email orders@nestoroparadde.shop with your order number and “cancel” in the subject line. Requests received during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. are actioned the same day.
