Two ways to pay, neither of them involving a card. This page explains both, what the listed price in Indian Rupees includes, and what we never store.

How you can pay

  • UPI — pay in advance from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your own bank’s app.
  • Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

Both appear at the final checkout step, and the price is the same either way.

Paying by UPI

Select UPI and you are shown a QR code and a payee handle. Approve the request in your app and the order confirms as soon as the bank returns success. If an amount debits but the order does not confirm, do not pay again — send us the UPI reference number and we will attach it to your order or return it.

Cash on Delivery

Available on most PIN codes we serve, including many rural addresses reached by the postal network. Please keep the exact amount ready, as couriers seldom carry change. A few remote PIN codes are prepaid only; where that applies the option will not appear at checkout.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or card-linked wallets. There is no card form on this website. We also never request a transfer to a personal account — if you receive such a message, it did not come from us.

Prices, currency and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of any applicable tax. As a small proprietor trading below the GST registration threshold, we add no GST at checkout and print no GSTIN on the invoice.

No hidden charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. That figure is displayed on the checkout page before you confirm. There is no handling fee and no surcharge for choosing Cash on Delivery.

What happens to your payment details

UPI payments are authorised inside your own app over an encrypted connection. We never see or store a UPI PIN, bank credential or card number. All we keep against an order is the bank’s reference number, so a payment can be traced if you ask.

Refunds

Refunds return by the route you paid — to the source UPI handle, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate for Cash on Delivery orders. Timelines are on our Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy pages.
