What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. So orders of ₹999 and above ship free. We dispatch within 1 business day and transit runs 2 to 8 business days, which is 3 to 9 business days overall. Rural addresses served by the postal network sit at the longer end.
How can I pay?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank’s app) or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal — there is no card form on this site.
Will it definitely keep animals away?
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. These devices discourage animals; they do not guarantee results. How well one works depends on the species, how used to your plot the animal already is, where you place the unit and whether you move it every few weeks. We publish frequency range, detection angle and distance on each listing so you can judge the fit — that is a specification, not a promise about a particular animal.
Can I return it if it does not work for my garden?
Within 7 days of delivery, provided it has not been staked outdoors — bench-testing indoors is fine, driving the spike into wet ground is not. Because of that, test it before you install it. Full conditions are on our Refund and Returns Policy.
What if it arrives faulty or stops charging?
Film the unboxing and write to us within 48 hours with your order number. If it fails later inside the return window, send a short clip showing it in daylight and not triggering. We replace or refund at our cost. There is no six-month or manufacturer warranty on these units — what we give instead is that replacement window on genuine faults.
How long does the solar panel take to charge?
Each listing states battery capacity and charge time. As a general rule, a full charge needs six to eight hours of direct sun, and a unit in partial shade will run out overnight even in summer. Site it facing the sun, not the animal.
Will it bother my pets or the neighbours?
Possibly. Dogs and pet rodents hear these frequencies clearly, and ultrasonic output carries further than people expect. Keep the unit away from kennels, from where people sit for long periods, and from a neighbour’s window. If you have a dog, choose a model with an adjustable frequency band and start at the highest setting.
