The seller
Nestoro Paradde is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, selling solar-powered animal and pest deterrents online only. There is no physical store, no franchise and no dealer network. Our postal address is CC-103, 105, Link Road, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004, India and we work Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Using this website
Browse and order for your own use. You may not copy our photography or descriptions, scrape the catalogue, or place automated or fraudulent orders. If you register, you are responsible for orders placed through your account.
What we claim, and what we do not
Every listing states the ultrasonic frequency range, detection angle, detection distance, battery capacity and charge time. Those are product specifications and we stand behind them. We make no claim that a device will remove, repel or keep away any particular animal: results vary with species, habituation, placement and season. Nothing on this site is pest-control advice, and these devices are not a substitute for professional treatment of an infestation.
Prices, currency and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any tax that applies. We accept UPI as a prepaid method and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, so no card details are entered anywhere on this site.
We trade below the GST registration threshold applicable to a small proprietor. No GST is charged on your order and no GSTIN is printed on the invoice.
Orders and our right to decline
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email, not when the checkout page submits. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full where stock has run out, where a specification was published in error, where the carrier network does not serve your PIN code, or where an order fails our fraud checks.
Shipping, returns and cancellation
Dispatch and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund and Returns Policy, and order cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The store name Nestoro Paradde, its logo, this site’s design and all product photography and copy belong to this business and may not be reproduced without written permission. Any third-party name used in a description remains the property of its owner and is used only descriptively.
Safe use, disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestoro Paradde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or any product bought here, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Site the unit away from where people sit for long periods, and do not point it at a neighbour’s window or a kennel — ultrasonic output carries. Some pets, particularly dogs and rodents kept as pets, hear these frequencies clearly. The ground stake is sharp: keep it away from children during assembly.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
